On the idea on Key price going up: I sold 10 keys for 4.3k each. I predict 6.5k by the end of Sunday.

I was in English 1 to spear some guys with my bronze zaishen phallus symbol, but I saw rich mesmer gurlz in black fow armor buying zaishen keys and trumping me with silver and golden spears!

this is a PvP title, mostly people who benefits from this is PvP'ers, since the cost of z-keys is gone up till 5k per, i dont see any PvE'er getting this to max any soon, and its of course gonna cost them fortune.

Looks like the new everlasting tonics aren't anywhere as rare as the older ones. I already see four of them in High End just hours after this was introduced.

I've thought of a way to bring down the price of the keys quickly: drop the rate of Balthazar points transferred from 5K per key, to 1 or 2K.

This sure is a weird way of doing it... if anet wanted a generic PvP title, they should've based it directly on Balth faction. Either a title for faction cap, which would basically be hero, champion and glad title in one - a counterpart to KoaBD in PvE. (While they're at it, would be nice to make lux/kurz titles give a tiny bonus to faction cap, after all they are half-PvP.) The second option would be a title for total faction earned on account.

Basing a title off opening the chest and tradeable items means it's just a glorified drunkard with an emote. Also, having an emote for this and not for glad or champ feels weird.

As for emotes themselves, I don't really like them. The weapons look too... solid. Too realistic. IMO the emotes would've looked much better if they were abstracted glowing weapons - just like HA tiger does not look like a live tiger, zaishen spear shouldn't have been made to look like a real spear IMO.

But hey, it's new content I suppose. 5k a key seems pretty ridiculous imo, I'm gonna start selling mine. Chest drops jank anyway and, as I said already, I don't like the emotes.

Might be because a lot of people blew stacks of zaishen keys on new titles.
